A: Look for a hypnotherapist who is certified by a reputable organization, has good reviews or testimonials, and whom you feel comfortable with during an initial consultation. Professionalism and a clear plan are also important indicators of a qualified therapist.

Q: Is hypnotherapy covered by health / personal insurance?

A: Coverage for hypnotherapy varies by insurance provider and policy. It’s best to check with your insurance company to see if hypnotherapy is included in your plan. I am registered with the  Complementary and Natural Health Care Council, which means that if your insurance does cover you, you can claim.

Q: How much does a hypnotherapy session cost?

A: The cost of a hypnotherapy session can vary based on the length of the session. Generally, prices range from £110 per session and last 75mins.  There are  package deals and a higher charge more for smoking and vaping cessation.  Also reduced charge for front-line / key workers, NHS, Police and Fire service personnel, and those on limited income.

Q: Can hypnotherapy be done online or at my preferred locations?

A: Yes, I offer hypnotherapy online via video calls, this can be a convenient option, or at a mutually agreeable location with your therapist.
