Hi I am Jo, and having personally navigated the challenges of menopause, I utilized hypnotherapy, tapping, and breath work to support my journey. Using these experiences, I trained and designed a comprehensive menopause program that integrates these powerful techniques into one holistic approach. My mission is to empower others with the tools needed for a smoother transition and improved mental well-being, and ultimately to embrace the freedom you deserve.
